Prior to working at KinderCare, she worked as a Toddler Teacher for three years and as a Preschool teacher for twelve years at another learning center. Ms. Kate has her bachelor's degree in human development. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking with her husband, spending time with family and traveling. </p>

Ms. Tricia has a true passion for helping teachers implement and devliver high quality curriculum and programming. Ms. Tricia also taught English in South Korea for five years. In her free time she enjoys traveling the world, hiking and karaoke.</p>
