I have lived and worked in the greater Hartford area for more than 20 years, so I know our market well and have extensive connections with area employers and within the local talent community. Background: I'm a U.S. military veteran who served more than 24 years in the U.S. Air Force, graduated from The Citadel, and earned my MBA from the University of New Haven. I have more than 20 years of human resources and strategic staffing experience with major employers such as Pratt & Whitney, OTIS, Honeywell, Johnson Controls and Amazon. Given my first-hand experience in all aspects of recruiting, staffing and HR management, I understand employers' pain points and know what solutions are available to help alleviate them. Whether a client needs temporary staffing on demand, help implementing a talent management system, recruiting for full-time roles, or assistance in developing a talent pipeline, my team and I are competitively suited to act as a true talent solutions partner.
